Library

The libraries of the Ferenczy Museum Center hold nearly 40 thousand books and periodicals: the largest proportion are art history and art books, as well as historical, archaeological and ethnographic works. The library’s collection was added to the SZIRÉN database within the framework of the project “Focus Program for the Development of the Pest County Museum Library Network, TÁMOP-3.2.4-09/1/KMR-2010-0003”, and can therefore be searched online. The TÁMOP program enabled the creation of a joint database with the museum libraries maintained by the Pest County Museums Directorate, so their material can also be queried.
