Museum education

In addition to the permanent exhibitions, we offer museum education sessions for all temporary exhibitions. In our sessions, we use experience-based methods to provide knowledge about the artefacts in the museum’s collections in a playful and exploratory way. We take into account the age characteristics of the given age group and provide opportunities for in-depth creative work, in which creativity and imagination play an important role. We place great emphasis on group work in order to develop communication, critical thinking, social competences and group cohesion.

It is worth registering one week in advance for the sessions. The time and duration of the sessions vary by age group and can be adapted to the needs of the teacher and the group. It is also possible to request a session based on an individual theme, but we ask that you notify us of your request one week before the session. The locations vary depending on the exhibitions and the given session.

The sessions are also available in English.

Price of the sessions: 800 HUF / person
