Our museum educators—Gabriella György, Levente Novák, and Tünde Sütő—have been honored with the Museum Education Excellence Award. The Autumn Festival of Museums kicked off on Monday with the National Museum Education Season Opening event, during which the Museum Education Excellence Awards were presented.
The award-winning initiative was the “Inclusive Family Morning” program series. As part of this project, the museum hosted creative workshops over several weeks, placing special emphasis on accessibility and ensuring that the programs were open and enjoyable for everyone.
Accessibility and an inclusive approach have long been key priorities in the work of our museum educators. They design and conduct their sessions with these principles in mind, remaining attentive to a wide range of needs and capabilities.
It is a source of great joy and pride for us that the work of Gabriella, Levente, and Tünde has been recognized this year with the Museum Education Excellence Award.
